Our Story
The dance programs at Bloom Dance Company help develop self-confidence, create healthy minds and bodies, and teach valuable life lessons. We have seen how dance can change lives, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share our passion with your little one.
Founded in 2019, Bloom Dance Company is committed to providing exceptional dance education in a positive, welcoming and family-focused environment for children of all ages in Guelph, Ontario.
At Bloom, we believe dance is about so much more than learning steps. It is about building confidence, developing discipline, encouraging creativity and inspiring every child to reach their full potential. Our experienced and passionate instructors are committed to providing high-quality dance education in a supportive, structured and encouraging environment where every student can thrive.
Whether your child dances recreationally, performs on stage or pursues competitive training, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience that supports both artistic development and personal growth. Every program is designed to help students develop strong technical skills while fostering confidence, teamwork, resilience and a lifelong love of dance.

Classes offered at Bloom Dance Company include Baby Steps, Tiny Toes, Broadway Babies, Ballet, Acro, Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Stretch & Conditioning, and more! We provide classes to suit every dancer, from 7-Week Parent & Toddler sessions, to recreational classes for all ages and abilities. All students are given the opportunity to participate in community events, holiday celebrations, workshops of course, the year-end Recital! We also offer a positive, team-focused Performance Team, and a highly-respected Competitive Team for dancers looking to commit to an intensive training program.
Classes offered at Bloom Dance Company include Ballet, Acro, Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Leaps & Turns, Stretch & Conditioning, and Barre. We provide classes to suit every dancer, from 7-Week Parent & Toddler sessions, to recreational classes for all ages and abilities. All students are given the opportunity to participate in community events, exams, conventions, master classes with guest teachers and, of course, the year-end Recital! We also offer a positive, team-focused competitive program for dancers looking to commit to an intensive training program.
We were very vigilant on selecting a studio that focused on proper technical training, while also creating an environment that is reflective of the values we want to instill in our children. Bloom is it!
Our Studio
Our brand new dance studio is one of the largest in Guelph. Our fully-accessible building offers three spacious, bright dance studios, great parking, a comfortable waiting room for parents with TVs, and a spacious kitchen and homework area for students to use between classes. Each of our dance studios are equipped with the highest quality of sprung dance floors, wall to wall mirrors, ballet barres and professional sound systems.
